We believe it was in Barbados where some creative soul first decided to blend Scotch Bonnets and Mustard seed together to make a fiery condiment to go with jerk chicken. Clearly these two flavours were meant for each other, and whether a mustard infused chilli sauce or a classic hotdog mustard with a generous helping of Jalapenos added, these are must have flavours for any BBQ.
