This is a lovely tasting sauce - pure chilli pepper, very fruity, very \'clean\'. It is more of a puree than a sauce, to be fair, but none the worse for it. As others have said, its maybe not as hot as you would expect, but still adds a very good kick...

This really is a delicious sauve, but it honestly doesn't have the heat that I expected from the Moruga chilli. I would recommend it to chilliheads though...

Oddly enough this sauce doesn't really pack that much of a punch and despite the hype over the Moruga pepper, (maybe it's the amount used per jar...im not sure!) i'd have to say Naga based sauces still rule the roost, while this is a useful addition to any chili heads collection, and one that i would recommend to people to try, it just doesn't have the 'wow holy s*%t' factor, standard or the viscosity of other sauces such as Blair's ultra death sauce...

So guess what I got for Christmas?This sauce is good, nice viscosity,not too thin, not too thick,good strong colour and a heat that is very strong for a non'extract sauce and is complimented by the wonderful almost fruity taste of the chillis. I have never tasted a Trinidad Chilli sauce before and was certainly not disappointed. This particular sauce reminds me very much of HOT HEADZ NAGA Sauce which I absolutely love!I haven't had the chance to eat it with any thing as of yet , but imagine that I will find out how it tastes with cold turkey over the next few days..................!..
