Peri Peri Chile Pepper Sauce is a flavorful condiment that adds passion and taste to chicken, fish and meat dishes especially on the grill. Peri Peri or Pili Pili (Swahili) was found in Africa nearly 400 years ago. The origin of the African Bird's Eye pepper is not known. It is believed perhaps that the portuguese and spanish explorers introduced the pepper to Africa.

Zulu Zulu have created a truly authentic tasting range of all-natural Peri Peri sauces that we are delighted to have got our hands on. This is a great all round marinade but try mixing up a two-thirds Zulu Zulu Garlic Peri Peri Sauce to one-third butter and using as a baste for grilled chicken wings - delicious.
