What we say... Possibly one of the original Bajan hot sauces - Windmill Hot Pepper Sauce is made from a recipe over 100 years old that has been passed down through generations of the Barbadian Miller family. A perfect combination of heat and rich and mustardy flavours makes it a great addition to a ham and cheese sandwich, athough its a truly versatile sauce.
