Sweet and hot. This is an Asian/Thai influenced, pan-cultural sweet-hot pepper sauce with a hint of garlic, onion & lemon. Excellent with rice dishes, curries, chicken, shrimp and steak, with vegetables & tofu, or anywhere you want a bit of Asian-style excitement. Excellent for grilling, marinades & glazes and as a splashing & dipping sauce. Enjoy! 

What we say...
This delicious sauce is a great example of an Asian-style hot sauce, perfect for Thai curries and fragrant rice dishes. We especially like it when used an ingredient in Laksas or mixing it with soy sauce and fish sauce for a great spicy dipping sauce.
