Spice Exchange Dark Rum Coconut & Pineapple Hot Sauce/Marinade
What the bottle says... Use as a table sauce, seasoning or marinade for fiery and savory foods. Mix with olive oil and marinate fish, beef, lamb or game for 12/24 hours. Grill over a high flame to sear, then cover with foil and slow cook on low.
What we say... We always like something a little different and this dark rum sauce is just that. Mixing Caribbean fruity flavours like pineapple and coconut with Habanero heat, it's a ray of sunshine for us Brits! We particularly like the texture - although it's not 'chunky' it's got bits in it which is thoroughly pleasant on the tongue.
