Another much requested scorchio selection - a must have ingredient for many authentic mexican recipes - we also think it adds a unique richness and depth of flavour to chilli con carne or even fajitas. Made here in the UK but staying true to it's mexican roots by using a blend of Poblano chillies - Mulato, Ancho and Pasilla.
