Date Added: Tuesday 12 October, 2010 I picked up a bottle of this sauce at Chillifest back in August (it's now October). To be honest, I put it in the cupboard to begin with as I had about 12-15 bottles of other sauces open at the time and my fridge was lacking space! I now regret not opening this beauty earlier as it's simply delicious. Whilst it's title is a 'smokin scotch bonnet & mustard' hot sauce, the flavours that really work for me is the combination of cider vinegar and oranges. These two ingredients work so well with the fiery sweetness of the scotch bonnets that the smokiness is understated. There is an element of smokiness and the mustard flavour is there too but more of a background note. I'm not sure I fully agree with the product name but please don't perceive my opinion of this as a negative as I'll be purchasing more of this great sauce in due course. I prefer my sauces to be hotter than this one but there is a nice lasting warmth that should appease most chilli fans.As for uses, well I like hot sauce with everything! This particular sauce acts as a good replacement for brown sauce - it's wicked in a bacon sandwich but equally as nice with your chips, red meats or simply as a dip (I'm sat dipping breadsticks directly in to the bottle as I type....classy, huh?!). My thumbs up to the Scorchio chilli alchemists for this one!..
