For me the chille was too hot and hid the chocolate. I prefered the milder white and milk chocolate bars...

The first thing I want to say about this chocolate is ignore the price. Cover it up, add it to your cart and forget about it!The reason is because this isn't a bar of bland, mass produced Dairy Milk. From the packaging alone you can tell that this is a special treat! The chocolate itself is really good quality, completely lacking the waxy texture that a lot of rich, dark chocolates have. When I saw that it was only 0.3% Naga extract, I didn't expect much from trying a piece. Be warned that it does pack a lot of heat, even bringing on the chilli cough! It's the only Naga product I've had though where you can really appreciate the flavour that's possible to squeeze out of those little things. It might be expensive for a bar, but this definitely isn't a bar that you could eat all at once. I've barely got through a couple of squares a day and I love it!..

Thought I'ld try this and added it to an order. I just went for the one bar as I thought the cost was high for a bar of chocolate. Oh I'm adding a couple of bars on my next order. The dark chocolate has a good rich flavour not too similar to the 70% coca bars widely avalable. Tastes more like Cadbury's Bournville to me. As you first bite a chunk you get the nice chocolate flavour. about 5 seconds after a gradual heat starts to blend in with the chocolate taste. 10 seconds after you get a nice tingle in the mouth in a more subtle way compaired to any other chilli dish. then in a moment the heat comes on. It's supprisingly hot, I enjoy it but some of my friends found it too much. In too much I mean they disliked that amount of heat, their not being spicy food fans. The heat does calm down quite quickly leaving a nice warm feeling. Some of my friends who like a little bit of spice from time to time but nothing too far really enjoyed it. Seemed to divide people into distinct love it/hate it camps. It's nice enough to be enjoyed and savored one chunk at a time so the cost dosn't hold to be such an issue. It's not a product you could "scoff". The clear wrapping looks odd for a chocolate bar. If your going to get this as a gift then perhaps I'ld try the white or Milk choc' bars as they have a lower heat rating. Although I hav'nt tried either of those....yet...

Fantastic ... tried some a friend had recieved as a gift and had to order 3 bars!!! I'm hoping that it will burn up some of the calories as I eat it because it is seriously 'warming'. If you love a decent dark chocolate then this is definatly for you. As it melts in your mouth the aroma of the chocolate fills your nostrils, and the heat builds up and keeps you warm long after the chocolate has gone ... perfect for these cold nights. I can't wait to take some into work, but only a little!!! Very addictive ... turning me into a chilli monster :-)..

EAT WITH CAUTION - There is definitely a mixture of pleasure and pain associated with this chocolate bar – Particularly if you suck it slowly! My son is going to leave a bar in the fridge at University, as he reckons that his chocolate supplies will be safe from unwelcome tasters after they’ve felt the full force of the pain from this organic surprise. I’ll definitely be reordering soon – When the tingling sensation stops!..

Wow, just like the label suggests, this really is a saucy little number, dishing up equal amounts of pleasure and pain. This is seriously good quality dark chocolate and when you first put a piece in your mouth that's what impresses - smooth, ultra rich, finest dark chocolate. Then within moments, POW!, hardcore heat kicks in flooding your taste buds with a wonderful combination of heat and chocolate. My advice would definitely be to try a very small piece at a time. Not just because it's very fiery but so you can savour the divine taste for as long as possible. It's got to be tried...
