The Pickapeppa Company Limited was established in 1921. Over the years it has won a number of awards both nationally and internationally to attest to its high quality and consistency of flavour. Pickapeppa products are aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year. They contain only the finest tropical fruit and spices from all over the world.
What we say...
This fruity table sauce brings a real taste of Jamaica to any meal. It's uses are endless, whether adding to cooking, marinading or poured straight from the bottle on steaks, chops, seafood, burgers, poultry, vegetables etc.
Perhaps the most famous use for this sauce is to make 'The Big Easy'. Simply cover a block of cream cheese with this sauce and set to it with a packet of crackers - an unusual but incredibly addictive combination.
