A classic southern-style barbeque sauce with alot of spice and a hint of sweetness. We would recommend using this to marinade your ribs, pork chops and chicken to transform them into a southern BBQ feast.

As with all Pain Is Good stuff this is of the highest quality. In terms of heat I'd say it has a bit of zing but it's not hot. It's just the right thickness and it's flavour is smokey and quite sweet. It's very tastey and in my opinion tastes better when you put plenty of it on. Particularly good with pork sausages.

A seriously delicious BBQ sauce, I've always liked the concept of BBQ sauce, but have never tasted any that fully delivers on that idea, they all give an artificial and falsified take on BBQ sauce, you don't buy into the idea that it's the real deal, it's merely a poor imitation, but you long for something that really delivers on the idea and conceptions of a BBQ sauce And this is that product, packed with such flavour, intricate and complex flavours that really deliver the BBQ experience, I would liken it to seeing an illustration of something that looks delicious, the idea of it is tantalising, but the reality is ultimately disappointing and falls way short of your expectations, this betters them, simple ingredients put together brilliantly, no preservatives or additives, and you can really taste the benefits. If you're looking for a BBQ sauce that delivers on the promise, this is it, and don't think because it's not advertised as a hot sauce as such, that it's not alive with sensation, it delivers a tingly and satisfying warmth that perfectly compliments the achievement of flavour, the only downside is it can become an expensive habit at £5 a bottle, but if you enjoy your food, there is nothing better to spend £5 on.
