Pain is Good - Batch #66 Jalapeno Wasabi Sauce

I like my chilli but I ain't that brave. I like strong flavours to go with the heat. Anything more than a 750,000 scovilles is too much in my book. This is a tasty sauce. Quite vinegary and a bit more like traditional horseradish than wasabi. Its' a kind of fresh tasting sauce. Not really a hot sauce as such but definitely something you should keep in your fridge if your partial to cheese on toast or chicken burgers etc....
