What we say... 'Sherry Peppers' originated from the Royal Navy as far back as the 1800s. In attempt to add some flavour to their pitiful seafaring diet they fortified their sherry rations with hot peppers and spices. Yeaton Outerbridge has been producing this sauce from his home since 1964 and has turned this 19th century navy tradition into a classic taste of Bermuda. Using 17 different herbs and spices this is a truly unique taste sensation which can be used in a similar way to Worcestershire Sauce to add depth, flavour and heat to a wide range of dishes, snacks and drinks.
