Date Added: Wednesday 21 March, 2012 i went to fairford airshow back in 2009 and was blown away by this sauce 45 mins after trying this sauce my mouth was still on fire i think this was great at the time now reading about the chilli that has gone in to it u have to be mad bloody good sauce loved it and would use it for cooking not out doing my friend in how hot can u take it contest lol..
Date Added: Thursday 31 March, 2011 I bought one of these a while back as it seemed like a nice idea and there were some good reviews of it, nothing prepared me for what it was like though. It's sweet, yet has a bit of a kick to it, nothing too much but a lovely warmth which lasts with the sweetness long enough to appreciate it but not so long it becomes annoying! Now I'm back to buy two more and I imagine in a couple of months I'll be buying more of it. It's amazing on cold meats, with spring rolls and on steak. Next I'm going to try using it as a marinade for steak before BBQ'ing it!..

Date Added: Tuesday 15 June, 2010 Absolutely lovely stuff! Bought one jar as i had heard good things about the stuff and can happily say will be purchasing two or maybe three on my next order. Have polished off the jar in two weeks. Nice lingering heat but not very hot. Taste wise its got almost a bbq sauce taste to it. Sweet but works great with all things savoury. Great on morning toast!..
Date Added: Friday 21 May, 2010 Absoloutly fantastic tasting sauce. No way i'd give ti 4 chillis though its not that hot you can spread a nice bit on a sandwich and it won't burn the tongue off you. Just packs enough of a punch. Possibly the best sauce i've tasted..
Date Added: Friday 05 February, 2010 This stuff is DELICIOUS! Bought as a gift for my Da, we smeared it on cold spanish tortilla, cheese and meats. Later, we ate it smeared on chicken and steak. Really, really flavourful and wickedly hot without destroying your mouth. A brief, intense heat followed by tasty warming sensations...

Date Added: Friday 09 October, 2009 This chilli jam is simply AWESOME!! The best I have tasted. Goes perfect on wedges, burgers, bangers and everything else I have tried it with. Going to use it as a meat cooking glaze next. It has a great fruity, tangy sweet flavour and a real kick from the chilli which builds up after a time but you have to continue eating with it, its that morerish. Recommended...
