Another great tasting sauce form the mountain man - the smokiness of the Chipotle combines with the heady garlic and fresh corn to give a distinctive and moreish sauce. Great to use in Nachos and Enchiladas, but our top tip for an easy and damn tasty snack is to add a healthy dollop of this sauce to a tin of baked beans.
