I originally bought this sauce as I saw the scoville rating and thought it would be a really really hot sauce to give to my friend as a joke. I was very disappointed when it arrived as it wasn't "blow your brains out" hot. My disappointment quickly turned to joy though when I started using it in my cooking. It has a wonderful flavour in it's own right and just the right amount of heat to enhance a dish rather than ruin it.I now use this sauce like other people use ketchup and I would now never be without it. A great naturally hot sauce - just not one for the practical jokers among us...
