What we say...
We've long been a fan of Melinda's Sauces. Although the label looks, how shall we put it?, a little retro, the sauce inside is bang up to date with freshness and flavour to rival the big boys with their fancy label designs. It's a fine line balancing heat with flavour and Melinda is the queen of getting it just right. Her range of Habanero sauces, each with a different and distinct flavour working in partnership with the Habanero pepper, make excellent store cupboard staples and will add variety and colour to a whole range of dishes.
This Jalapeno one is really easy going with a mild heat rating but that doesn't mean it doesn't have mighty flavour. It's full of Jalapeno fruitiness and its mildness lends itself to splashing on. Perfect for nachos, perfect for adding a kick to salsas and dressings, perfect for pizzas.
