We've long been a fan of Melinda's Sauces. Although the label looks, how shall we put it?, a little retro, the sauce inside is bang up to date with freshness and flavour to rival the big boys with their fancy label designs. It's a fine line balancing heat with flavour and Melinda is the queen of getting it just right. Her range of Habanero sauces, each with a different and distinct flavour working in partnership with the Habanero pepper, make excellent store cupboard staples and will add variety and colour to a whole range of dishes.
A wonderful warming mustard Habanero hot sauce, inspired by the Caribbean sunshine and flavours. A true taste of summer this will brighten up the most dreary of days but comes into its own during BBQ season. It won't make it in from the garden over the summer months. Leave your chicken drumsticks sunbathing in it for an delicious marinade, pour over your vegetable or shrimp kebab as it cooks for heat, flavour and colour, or simply splash on your burger for mustard and heat hit.
