Our family recipe was created around the turn of the century, almost five generations ago. The old folks wanted a distinctive flavour and realised that local Tennessee whiskey was the answer. The family is proud of their delicious barbeque sauce and they are committed to providing the finest traditional old time quality barbeque sauce available.

What we say...
Containing Jack Daniels Black Label whiskey, this brilliant BBQ sauce has all the taste of classic barbeque sauce with the subtle taste of bourbon. Baste the sauce for the last 5 - 10 minutes of cooking time to allow the great flavours to penetrate, and then serve straight from the grill.
