What we say...
The famous US hot sauce range is now available in the UK. Beneath the funny name, colourful bottle and plentiful use of the word 'ass', lies a seriously good sauce. With Habanero peppers enhanced with 1 million scoville capsicum extract you are treated to a rich almost roasted pepper taste before being hit with a serious amount of heat. Use as an ingredient, but sparingly unless you are a seasoned chillihead.

Like all Ass Kickin sauces this has a great recipe on the bottle - in this case for Kick Yo' Ass Potato Skins.

Ingredients: water, Habanero peppers, vinegar, capsicum extracts, oleoresin sauteed garlic, oleorised sauteed onion, xanthum gum, spices.
