Be warned - this sauce has a dangerous delay mechanism. The first time you try it you'll love the rich, sweet taste from the molasses, cloves and spices but wonder where the fire is. Then 30 seconds later, it hits you hard:- you have problems speaking, your vision becomes blurry and the best thing to do is lie down and enjoy the sensation.
