This is pretty much the ultimate hot sauce.. there may be some that are hotter but there are none better.. the sauce tastes incredibly fresh, like it's just been made. It goes with just about anything, I eat it in huge dollops on crackers. My only gripe is that Scorchio doesn't sell it in the bigger 750ml bottles as the little ones get finished in a matter of days. Ah well, cheers for stocking it.. maybe you can start stocking the gallon tubs soon?

My brother sent this over from Costa rica as he's living over there now.. Worth a go as I like the hot sauce. The very first taste was amazing. You can taste the freshness of the chille, nothing like thick glupey sugery sauces you get over here and i have had a fair few. This stuff is tasty and Jeeez is it hot. In a very good way. Think i'll be filling my cupboards with the Iguana sauces.
