you want a bog standard decent hot sauce? start here. this stuff is delicious and not all that hot (but not in a bad way). this is the next step up for that person you know who puts tabasco on everything but won't touch another hot sauce because they don't know it. It's a gateway sauce! lets get all the kids doin' Blairs!
