What we say...
A welcome return to the Scorchio stable for this refreshingly different hot Sauce. Made in the UK but inspired by Indian cuisine is a fabulous dipping sauce, particularly for Indian appetisers (Pakora, Samosas, Bhajis etc.). Also a delicious accompaniment for roasted summer vegetables or as a fiery salad dressing (particularly Greek salad - Mint and Feta are a match made in heaven).

Ingredients: Yoghurt (50%), Water, Onion (6%), Garlic Puree (6%) (Garlic, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Mint (3%), Habanero Chilli Puree (Habanero Peppers, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid), Sugar, Cornflour, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).

This is a really tasty and quite spicy sauce that is excellent with onion bhaji's and samosas etc. Very tasty and very highly recommended.

This sauce was surprisingly hotter than expected. We got some expecting to use it straight as a dip for popadoms. I found it to be quite think to dip straight in to and it was best mixed with 50% plain yoghurt to thin it a little. The heat was a pleasant surprise. It is mild for most chilli lovers but has a little bit extra kick to most mint sauces that you would normally come across. Mixed with yoghurt, it has a very pleasant mint flavour. Definitely worth a try.
