What we say...
Not a scoville of heat in sight with this one but we've had so many requests to stock a liquid smoke we had to add it to our range. It's the perfect partner for so many of our hot sauces and marinades as a splash will instantly add smoky hickory flavour to whatever is in the pot. We love a dash of this and a splash of Cholula in a tin of baked beans to elevate it from the meagre to the magnificent.
