Hot Headz Chilli Pepper Relish

What the bottle says...
Our twist on a delicious Indonesian taste. Just hotter! This superb relish is made with crushed roasted peanuts, chilli, garlic, and ginger. Ideal in sandwiches or on the side with cold meats and salads. Use just the one tablespoon in pasta, with rice dishes or over chicken before you bake or grill.

What we say...
We love this at Scorchio HQ using it mainly as a dip. And when we've no chips or carrots on hand we use our fingers! Make a turbo-charged satay sauce by adding the jar to a prawn or pork stir-fry.

This little jar is packed full of flavours - the first of which to register is suprisingly the peanut then all of a sudden a nasal hit of chilli comes storming in. I have tried this in a chicken sandwich and this morning underneath the cheese on my melted cheese on toast and it was superb. Not too hot but not too mild. Highly recommended.
