Cold pressed rapeseed oil, grown and processed in the Hertfordshire countryside which has then been naturally Oak smoked and then given the Grim Reaper treatment. This is unlike any other chilli oil we have tasted; created by infusing naturally derived chilli extracts which means you are left with beautifully clear, pure oil which combines chilli heat with the delicious nutty and smoky flavour of the extra virgin oil.
Whether using to marinate, flash fry, adding to a salad dressing or simply using as a dip for breads, this sauce will not dissapoint. We've been on a meat feast with this one, frying steaks, sausages, chops you name it - it works a treat...
