Just beautiful. It is easily one of the most flavoursome sauces I have ever tried. A nice roast garlic taste that is strong, but not overly so; just the right strength in my opinion. It's not a massively hot sauce, but that is OK. Once you taste it you will love it. |

This stuff is super and is a stable of my kitchen and we even keep a bottle in work. It is good on cold sandwiches as well as used in cooking.
Fav uses as
Excellent on Pate (sounds odd but it really works)
Mix with some natural yoghurt, bit of mint sauce for a great parkora dip
Excellent in stir fries cos of all the garlic
You can add this stuff to everything. |

The best everyday sauce there is, ideal for sarnis, cheese on toast, pasties, etc, not the hottest out there but hot enough to heat the piece!!! |

Very delicious spicy sauce. Very close to the American 'Rooster' version, perhaps just slightly milder. An absolute essential accompaniment to a fried egg with a runny yolk. Pretty much works everywhere during and after cooking. |

I'm very impressed with this sauce. You find that alot of the mild american sauces are very similar, thats why I fancied a little change and went for a more ortiental based sauce. I've not tried this sauce with many things yet, but I can say any chinese, thai, japanese, sushi dish will benifit form this delightful sauce. Very very highly recomended! |

The only thing I've found so far that this doesn't work with at all is chile con carne, and only because they're both trying to achieve a monster flavour - it's almost obligatory on everything else. Seriously tasty. |

I'd have to disagree with this other reviewer, as I find the sauce quite vinegary for alot of dishes. It works well with Chinese food, but I'm not a big fan off this stuff as I don't find it very versatile at all. For a well rounded user friendly sauce, id recommend looking for something with garlic in it, as the garlic helps round the other flavours to accompany the chilli sauce your adding in. |
