What we say...
This is a great sauce, perfect when used as an ingredient in recipes but it also makes a fantastic table sauce. Not too hot but with lots of garlic flavour to compliment the chilli, Sriracha is a delicious thai-style sauce that will make a wonderful addition to any dish.

my daughter lives on this chilli sauce has it on nearly everything even adds it to bombay bad boy pot noodles to give it a wee extra bit off zing or even try it on toast

The best everyday sauce there is, ideal for sarnis,cheese on toast,pasties,etc, not the hottest out there but hot enough to heat the piece!!!

Very delicious spicy sauce. Very close to the American 'Rooster' version, perhaps just slightly milder. An absolute essential accompaniment to a fried egg with a runny yolk. Pretty much works everywhere during and after cooking.

I'm very impressed with this sauce. You find that alot of the mild american sauces are very similar, thats why I fancied a little change and went for a more ortiental based sauce. I've not tried this sauce with many things yet, but I can say any chinese, thai, japanese, sushi dish will benifit form this delightful sauce. Very very highly recomended!

The only thing I've found so far that this doesn't work with at all is chile con carne, and only because they're both trying to achieve a monster flavour - it's almost obligatory on everything else. Seriously tasty.
