Truly a prince among chilli sauces. Sriracha is my default option and goes on almost everything (much to my girlfriend's delight). It's not too hot so you can splash it on with gay abandon without fear of recrimination, and has a delicious slightly garlicky flavour with just a hint of sweetness. Was hard to come by in the UK for ages and I had to get friends who work abroad to send it back but thanks to Scorchio I never have to go without, and now in a bigger bottle too. Happy days!..
