Chillies were first introduced into Thailand from South America during the 16th century and today chilli sauce, or 'nam prick' as it's known locally, is a universal favourite that can be found on the table with every meal. Encona Thai Sweet Chlli Sauce is prepared to an original recipe, which combines a blend of chillies and garlic with sugar and lime juice to provide a delicious, gently spiced sweet sauce. Traditionally served with spring rolls, fried chicken and cold meats, it is equally delicious used as a condiment with western foods.

What we say...
A perfect authentic sweet chilli sauce - slightly spicier than some on the market (which in our book is a good thing) and great value too.
