Sweet Mango Chilli Dip is prepared from fresh mango pulp and habanero peppers giving a deliciously fragrant and mild chilli flavour. A perfect dip for seafood and cold meats, it is equally great as a marinade for grilled food, in sandwiches or for the table to put a taste of the tropics into your favourite foods.

A recent addition to the Encona range of pepper sauces this mild and fruity addition is a taste of summer in a bottle. Makes a great basis for a fish marinade or can also be used as a basis for a spicy and fruity mango and avocado salsa.
