Encona Smooth Papaya Hot Pepper Sauce
What the bottle says... For over forty years, Encona Hot Pepper Sauce has been prepared in the Carribean using only freshly picked Scotch Bonnet and Habanero peppers, combined with locally blended island spices. The combination of papaya with our original hot pepper sauce gives a smoother and slightly cooler taste but beware as it's still fiery hot. Delicious as a condiment with chicken, meat, fish and vegetables, or used to add a touch of tropical spice to every meal.
What we say... A smooth fruity sauce with plenty of heat courtesy of the fiery West Indian Scotch Bonnet - great value too...
