For over forty years, Encona Hot Pepper Sauce has been prepared in the Carribean using only freshly picked Scotch Bonnet and Habanaero peppers, combined with locally blended island spices. Encona Creole Yellow Pepper Sauce is made to an authentic recipe from the island of Barbados, featuring a blend of Scouth Bonnet peppers, spices and mustard seeds. Delicious as a condiment with meat, fish or vegetables, Creole Yellow Pepper Sauce can also be used to add the favour of tropical spice to every-day cooking.
What we say... A scorchio favourate - a great value piquante hot sauce with plenty of mustard flavour - we like to put this on everything from chips to casseroles, burgers to soups.
