Eaton's range of sauces and seasonings are one of Jamaicas hidden treasures. This milder mustard sauce is a classic west indian taste sensation and is incredibly versatile. By all means use it in chicken dishes (or our personal fave is to add it to macaroni cheese) - but once you've tried it once you'll be splashing it on everything.
