This is a no-nonsense sauce - simply the pure heat and great flavour of west indian peppers which can be used to add taste and heat to anything from jerk chicken and jamaican curries to casseroles, stews and much more.

This really is a no-nonsense sauce. Peppers. Lots of them. Crushed. A very thick and jelly-like sauce, you really smack the bottle to get it out of there and it's really deceptively hot! Went down amazingly as a dipping sauce for prawns.
