A bright red chilli packed with heat. Often referred to as Bird's beak or Cow Horn Chilli. Related to the cayenne family, expect herby tones accompanied by plenty of heat.

A great ingredient to pep up any dish, both mexican and asian, but we also recommend using this dried pepper to flavour oils and vinegars as it releases its flavour easily.
