The original hottest sauce in the universe! This is an insanely spicy and delicious cooking ingredient and should be used dilute (with oil) or in soups, sauces or dressings. Enjoy! What we say...
Dave's really gone to town on this one - this sauce has been measured from 90,000 to 250,000 scoville units of Habanero high. You will notice that with some of our hotter sauces we advise you use sparingly; this one we advise that you avoid direct contact with skin...we love it.

Ingredients: water, red habanero peppers, hot pepper extract, onions, red chiles, tomato paste, salt, garlic, cane vinegar, vegetable oil, xanthum gum.

when i first used this sauce - i thought i was going to die. i sweated buckets, cried, hiccupped, the whole 9 yards. but having perservered with it, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SAUCE. i have 8 bottles of hot sauce in my cupboard, and this is the one i use in all my cooking. its awesome, hotter than hott, but once you get used to it - its a delight. i cant recommend it enough. try mixing with a little olive oil and brushing on a pizza. SHAZZAM!!!!!!
