What the bottle says...
The original hottest sauce in the universe! This is an insanely spicy and delicious cooking ingredient and should be used dilute (with oil) or in soups, sauces or dressings. Enjoy! What we say...
Dave's really gone to town on this one - this sauce has been measured from 90,000 to 250,000 scoville units of Habanero high. You will notice that with some of our hotter sauces we advise you use sparingly; this one we advise that you avoid direct contact with skin...we love it.

Ingredients: water, red habanero peppers, hot pepper extract, onions, red chiles, tomato paste, salt, garlic, cane vinegar, vegetable oil, xanthum gum.

Its fab. As long as you get used to how many drops to put in your dish and not be stupid with your first attempt, you will love it. If you overdo it, it can take over the whole taste of your food so try it a few times and build up your "hotness".

This completely blew my head off the first time I tried it. I eventually managed to build up some sort of resistance to it but forgot about it for a while (there are nicer sauces out there) and had to start all over again. Tend to use this sauce more as a novelty item when people are round than as an ingredient. Good for adding heat when cooking and okay (when you get use to it) as a sauce. The extract in it makes it a bit too tangy for my liking, but defentitaly worth having. Good-ish taste, extraordinary heat!
