Dave has done it yet again with this fantastic variation on his award winning Insanity sauce. This has a delicious slightly smoky roasted flavour that will enhance the flavour of most any food.
Country of Origin: Costa Rica
Ingredients: Roasted sweet pepper, carrots, chipotle peppers, cane vinegar, habanero pepper pulp, salt, lime juice, onions, olive oil, passion fruit, citric acid and Xanthan gum.
