Dave's sauces are beautifully made, exceptionally tasting sauces. His Olives in Pain, it transpires are equally tasty and fiery too. Flavoured with five separate chilli peppers, if you love olives, but find that you need a bit more heat, then these olives are for you!

After trying this again today, I am more pleasantly surprised than initially. The heat Dave's has managed to capture in the actually Olive itself is very impressive really; the only shame is the quality of olives they use? The green olives are much to firm for my liking, and are not what you have come to expect from Olives off the shelf. I would have preferred to have seen these olives in brine to be fair, but otherwise, a pretty admirable effort there to infuse olives with chilli heat. The only thing is I can't imagine wanting to buy these olives over a batch I could buy pre-marinaded at a super market, and adding fresh chilli in to infuse as they have a lot more flavour.
