What we say...
Only Dave would decide that chilli flakes from one of the hottest chillies in the world don't quite pack enough punch, so he infuses them with hot pepper extract. If you can take your hot stuff, these are perfect to sprinkle (very sparingly) on a pizza.

Hot but not a test for the real chilliheads out there!!! Ideal though for a pizza or to sprinkle on meat before a BBQ. If used like that then it will please the most hardened of chilliheads if for flavour alone!!

Seriously hot but adds fantastic flavour. One flake on your tongue will really scorch.

Bought a jar of this a few weeks ago, and have been using it liberally ever since. When I first got the jar, I took a pair of tweezers and put one flake on my tongue just to test. Good strong burn, lasts about 5 mins. Not sure where to go from here, Death Rain appears to be the only option.
