Wow - a few drops into a tin of beans and you're well away. Great as an ingredient but deadly if you have it straight up.

This stuff is evil......really quite hot, but with a slightly artificial taste to it (due to the pepper extract?). Great for adding an extra bit of heat to stews and chillis though.

Brilliant. This is a great sauce. The nice thing about it is it has a great long after burn. If you don't want the initial onslaught of intense heat you can put some mayo over the top of it (like I just did with a chicken baguette) and it is still pretty damn hot, but not not overwhelming. After you have finished though you continue to get a nice intense warming of the mouth. If you eat it raw then it is just a bloody good hot sauce! Can't go wrong with this one, but not for the faint hearted.

that sauce is awesome great on everything and made my BBQ today very eventful as everyone thought " oh it cant be that hot" one dab on the finger and put in the mouth and its a different story very hot sauce
