Don't be fooled by the name. Yes this is a seriously spicy mustard but it's also a damn good one, full of flavour and exceptionally moreish - a must have item for the BBQ season.

I've always been a big mustard fan, so decided to try an extra hot one. I'd tried Dave's Insanity Sauce several years ago, so that influenced my decision to pick this mustard. The taste is very similar to American mustard, but slightly more fragrant - probably due to the long list of ingredients which includes Juniper berries. Heatwise, it's nowhere near as hot as Dave's Insanity Sauce, but it's definitely hotter than any mustard you'll see in your local supermarket. The heat isn't apparent straight away, but is delivered in the form of a pleasant afterburn. It would make the perfect accompaniment to any meats.
