This tasty jalapeno sauce is made with chayote, a Mexican vegetable. Try it on burritos, pastas, chicken, salads an in soups.

What we say...Quite frankly if it's got the name Dave on the bottle you know you're going to get something a bit different and this does not dissapoint. If may be no fire-starter but it has a fantastic, fresh taste which really compliments mexican food. This is largely down to the humble Chayote, a somewhat ugly pear shaped vegetable with a cucumber-like flesh which is used commonly in mexican cooking.

Ingredients: chayote pulp, cayenne pepper pulp, leek, salt,fresh coriander, cane vinegar, jalapeno pepper pulp, garlic, lemon juice, acetic acid, xathum gum, cumin.
