Yet another great sauce from the master of hot sauce-making, Dave. The great flavours of hot chillies and lime make it particularly good with grilled fish - although at Scorchio we are quite content poring it over a bag of chips.
Country of Origin: Costa Rica
Ingredients: carrots, Rican red habaneros, lime juice, cane vinegar, red chillies, onion, garlic, water, salt, ascorbic acid.
