Everyone knows about the crazy hot sauces and snacks that Dave produce but what we love about him at Scorchio is his ability to turn out such a variety of great tasting gourmet sauces. This simply sharp tabasco style sauce really hits the spot - we recommend using it instead of vinegar for chips, salad dressings etc.
