I've always been very happy with Scorchio's service and their excellent range. I felt compelled to put up a testimonial after the way they handled an error with a recent order. They sent me the wrong bbq sauce (thankfully the stuff the sent me was excellent) and after I emailed them asking if the stuff I ordered was out of stock or something the phoned me and said sorry it was a mistake and they gave me a full refund. Meaning I got the sauce for nothing. Consider me an even more loyal customer as a result. |
