How to use Scorchio
Shopping at Scorchio is really easy. As you look through
our store you can click to add items to your basket. When
you've finished shopping you simply proceed to the checkout
where we will take all the details we need from you to process
your order.
If you experience any difficulties using the site, whether
you're buying or just looking, please do let us know and we'll
look into it.
Prices & Postage
The costs shown for our products include VAT at 17.5%.
We charge our postage and packing at cost price or cheaper, ensuring
you get maximum value for money. For full details of our postage
options see Delivery Info. Our
products show an approximate weight of the total package.
This is a guide only to help our customers keep track of the
delivery charge. This is not the exact weight of goods you
will receive.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery or non-delivery
by the courier company, Business Post, or Royal Mail if the delivery
address given is unclear or incorrect. We simply send to the
address you give us. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible
if the recipient fails to rearrange delivery or collect their
parcel after delivery has been attempted. All courier delivery
attempts are notified with a calling card that give full details
on how rearrange delivery or collect the goods. After delivery
has been attempted goods will be held for seven days by Business Post.
If a package is returned to us as a result of an incorrect/unclear
address or failure to rearrange delivery/collection there
will be an additional delivery charge to resend.
As per the dispatch email we send customers when their order leaves us, we strongly recommend that you follow up within 3 working days (UK orders only) if your order hasn't been received. You can do this with us, Business Post (if sent via courier) or with your local Royal Mail Post Office. Please refer to your dispatch email for full details.
Packaging & Breakages
When packing our products we make every attempt to ensure
that they will arrive in pristine condition by packaging them
well. We use strong postal boxes, shock-absorbing space filler
and protective sheaths for goods in glass jars or bottles.
If any of your products are broken/damaged and cannot be used
then notify us within seven working day, as per our satisfaction
guarantee.
Storage
Upon receipt, to ensure your purchases remain in the very
best condition, we strongly recommend that you follow the
specific storage instructions for each individual product
and consume within the best before date.
Out of Stock
If your product is temporarily out of stock we will email
you advising how long it will be before it's back in stock
with the option to choose an alternative or cancel your order.
If you want to wait for your chosen item then we will hold
your order until it can be sent in its entirety.
Taking Care with Chilli Products
When using products that contain chilli please take extreme
care not to touch your eyes or other sensitve areas of the
body - it can hurt! Some products should not be comsumed in
large quantities. Follow individual directions on your chosen
products to ensure that you enjoy them and that no discomfort
is caused.

Due to the wide range of products we stock, imported from
around the world, we cannot guarantee that our products are
free of nuts or nut traces.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We feel confident that you'll be enormously happy with your
purchase so if for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations
please let us know. Return the goods to us, within seven
days of receipt, stating clearly details of your complaint
and we will refund you or replace your goods with no quibbles

delivery when returning goods to us. We will respond to all
complaints and returns within five working days of receipt.
