Cholula Chilli Lime Hot Sauce gives you all of what you love most about Cholula's original flavourful fire but with the distinctively delicious, tangy hint of fresh lime. It's a hot n tangy flavour sensation that is incredible on tortilla chips, seafood, chicken, salad dressing and more.
What we say... Cholula is the table chilli sauce across the America. It's one of those versatile, mid-range, mid-heat level sauces that's a must for the kitchen cupboard to be used as a 'splash in' during cooking or 'splash on' when it's on the plate.
This variation on the original comes packing a little more punch than its sisters with a delicious citrus tang added to the mix. Great for all Mexican cooking but it also works well with Far Eastern cooking - try splashing some into a coconut milk based hot and sour soup, splash some into a stir fry. We think its flavour really sings out combined with seafood. Add to king size prawns, toss and grill or sear in the pan. Cover a tuna steak and flash fry. Add slices of lime and a few dashes to the inside of a trout - foil wrap and oven bake.
